16 Days of Activism

The Saartjie Baartman Centre for Women and Children would like to thank all those who participated during the 16 days of activism, in working alongside the SBCWC to speak out against abuse, in pampering our women and children and for all your love and support.

Again we would like to acknowledge Coca-Cola and would like to say thank you to Fashion Express, Cape Times and to Good Hope FM . In addition, during the 16 days of activism, we were able to host our ‘Air Your Dirty Laundry’ Campaign and were privileged to have performers such as ‘Jimmy Nevis’ and ‘Heal the Hood’ participate in our event, speaking out against gender based violence and inspiring our women and children.

Follow us on Facebook and Twitter to stay updated with events happening at our centre and for pictures regarding these events.
